- 5 / 5By Cassie CulverBlack pepper pho is my favorite restaurant in Boulder. A Super cozy, warm spot to sip pho noodle soup during the blizzard cold winter. The teas are great too- they use the tea herbs. No cheap stuff. Best of all, take allergies very seriously. I can't have soy or MSG (along with many others) and the waiters made sure to let me know that there is no MSG. There is soy in the veggie broth. So I can have the beef broth!
