  Such a terrible experience at this Cheesecake location last night. The server didn't give us any hot bread. He told us that, "this is how it was when he picked the bread up, he didn't pick up cold bread on purpose". Not a very pleasant thing to tell your customers. 20 mins after we gave our order, he came and told us they were out of Fried mac & cheese as well as stuffed mushrooms. Never going here again.

  Was very disappointed last night. Our server was apathetic and inattentive. For the first time in my life I had to send my meal back to the kitchen for lacking flavor, lemon herb chicken should taste like lemon and herb not plain chicken. We also got the incorrect drink and had to send that back. One of my forks was dirty but that didn't bother me as much as the lack of service we received. After 10 minutes of having our empty water glasses at the edge of the table and multiple servers passing by my date got up, got a pitcher of water off the servers station and filled our water himself. When my second entree came out we ordered our cheesecake, I had 3 bites of my replacement entree which was tasty but the server took my plate and boxed it , as I was actively taking a bite of my food. I felt rushed and disappointed despite spending over $100 on what was supposed to be a nice date night. I will not be returning to this location.
