Their customer service is superb and they went out of their way to help me get a rush order for a gift! I wanted to pick it up from their roaster within 8 hours of ordering; customer service had to leave the roaster for a while and left it hidden for me to pick up. They went above and beyond what I could have expected. Beyond that, their espresso is excellent. To give a coffee-lover a bag of espresso roasted especially for him on his birthday is pretty awesome and to have it be outstanding coffee is even better! He even says this may be his new go-to bean supplier - high praise from someone who refuses to drink bad coffee.July 01, 2016
